When did this grumpy, fussy, whiny, booger of a baby get so fun??
Per William's request, he had a dinosaur birthday - complete with a T-Rex pinata. William has turned into Rainman with his dinosaur obsession. The kid lives, breathes and sleeps dinosaurs. He can name them, spell them, tell you which is a meat eater, which have large brains, where they lived. Every waking moment he walks around examining a handful of dino flash cards with all of these dinosaur factiods. I'm getting pretty good myself. For those who care, a Troodon had the biggest brain size to body size ratio.
I made 2 cakes which was a really good move as there was only crumbs left. I waivered back and forth on how many, knowing another cake meant a few more sleepless hours. So, mom was up at 2am decorating, but kid had enough birthday cake. My reward is waiting in heaven, i think! Or my reward will be a 25 year old who remembers his really cool dinosaur birthday. By the way mom, I remember all of my really cool birthday's too (backwards party, come as you are party, hobo party, surprise party....not forgotten!!)
